Q: What are the benefits of becoming a Plumeria Rewards member?
A: For every booking of five or more nights at any one of our three Prince Resorts Hawaii properties, earn one Plumeria point, qualifying you for a free night, dining and golf certificates and resort merchandise. As a member, you will also be able to request a complimentary amenity for qualified client bookings.

A: Enrollment can be done online or by calling toll free 1-866-788-5138.

Q: How do I start accumulating Plumeria points?
A: Upon receipt of your application, you will receive an introductory sales kit complete with support material on the Prince Plumeria Rewards programs. Included is the amenity order form that must be submitted for every future booking. Points will be applied to your account upon client departure. Amenity Order Form is also available online.

Q: Will I earn points if I book through a wholesaler?
A: Yes, all bookings that are commissionable qualify. However, it is up to you, as the member to report your booking in order for us to award point credit to your account. You can report your booking with the Plumeria Amenity Order Form in the sales kit or online.

Q: What is the exclusive amenity that will be provided to my clients on my behalf?
A: Your clients will be presented with a welcome letter upon arrival providing them with a $10 resort credit for a 2 to 4 nights stay or a $25 resort credit for a 5 night stay or more. Valid for guest dates of stay until December 22, 2010 (excluding blackout periods 12/23/09 - 1/4/10 and 12/23/10 - 1/4/11). The resort credit can be used for dining and golf charges applied to their room. Amenity can change at anytime without notice and may vary by property.

Q: Does the Plumeria Rewards membership program expire?
A: Actual membership in the program does not expire, however, all inactive accounts will be deleted automatically after two years.

Q: If I change agencies, will this affect my membership?
A: No, just advise us of your new agency and address information and we will update your account.

Q: Are Plumeria points transferable?
A: No, points are non-transferable to other agents.

Q: Are the Plumeria Rewards transferable?
A: Room night awards are non-transferable, however, resort dining, golf and merchandise awards are transferable.

Q: Will my Plumeria points expire?
A: Plumeria Points expire after two years of guest departure. All unused points will be automatically forfeited. For example, if your client stays with us from 6/10/10 to 6/17/10, points earned for that stay will expire on 6/17/12. Once points expire they cannot be reinstated.

Q: Can I view my Plumeria account statement?
A: Yes, your statement will be available to view online under Account Activity in My Account. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after client departure for your Plumeria points to be applied to your account.

A: Yes, based on rate availability and terms.

Q: How do I redeem my points for awards?
A: The award redemption form is available online. You can also fax back the redemption form provided in your introductory sales kit. Merchandise awards are only available online.

Q: What happens after I have redeemed my points for dining and golf awards?
A: Upon point redemption, certificates will be mailed to the travel agent of record. Please review your Account Profile to insure the address information we have is correct. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive the certificates.

Q: How do I redeem dining and golf award certificates?
A: As dining and golf awards are presented in the form of gift certificates and are issued to "Bearer" as compliments of the agent's associated travel agency, the certificates are fully transferable to your client or other designated recipient. Dining/tee time reservations are strongly recommended prior to redemption. Learn more

Q: Can I return the awards and have point(s) credit back to my account?
A: For room night awards, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to have your points credited back to your account, otherwise points will be forfeited. Refunds or exchanges on dining certificates, golf certificates and merchandise awards are not allowed.

Q: How long are the dining and golf certificates valid for?
A: Certificates will be valid up to one year from issue date.
