Book Your Client

Book your client for at least 5 nights at any one of our three Prince Resorts Hawaii properties for travel January 3, 2012 through December 17, 2012. This qualifies you for 1 Plumeria point which can be redeemed for 1 FREE night of your choice at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki or the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel (excluding blackout period: 12/18/12- 1/2/13). You can also redeem your points for other rewards.

Please note that consecutive nights at multiple properties and multiple rooms traveling together with same travel dates of five nights or more do qualify for point credit.

Submit Plumeria Amenity Order Form

The Plumeria Amenity Order Form allows you to do two things at one time: request a complimentary amenity for your client as well as submit your booking for any qualifying Plumeria points.

Requesting Complimentary Amenity for Clients

Once you have completed and submitted the Amenity Order Form, your client's reservation will be verified and the amenity request will be processed based on the following qualifications:

Client bookings of 2 to 4 nights stay will qualify for a $15 resort credit per room per stay
Client bookings of a 5 night stay or more will qualify for a $25 resort credit per room per stay

Upon arrival your client will be then presented with a welcome letter on behalf of you, their travel agent presenting the respective resort credit.

Your completed form must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your client's arrival.

Requesting Plumeria Point Credit

Applicable points will be automatically determined from the completed Plumeria Amenity Order Form. You may use either our online form or one that has been provided to you in your introductory sales kit:

Plumeria Points Awarded

Your points will be awarded after your client's departure, based on the consumed and qualified room nights. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for points to be applied to your account.

Redeem Points for Awards

Once your Plumeria Points have been posted to your account, you will be able to redeem them for FREE room nights and other valuable rewards. Learn more and view a complete list of awards.

Award Redemption

Award redemption will depend on the type of award you select when redeeming your Plumeria points:

Room Night Awards: At the time you redeem your Plumeria Point(s), you will need to provide your requested dates of stay (there is a three night maximum for room night awards per stay per property). Reservations must be made prior to arrival and can be requested up to 6 months in advance. Reservation is based on space availability and will be confirmed/denied within 72 hours of receipt of request. Please review terms for further details.
Dining & Golf Awards: Upon point redemption, certificates for the awards will be mailed to you; please allow 10 business days to receive. As these awards are presented in the form of gift certificates and are issued to "Bearer" as compliments of the agent's associated travel agency, the certificates are fully transferable to your client or other designated recipient. Dining/tee time reservations are strongly recommended prior to redemption. Please review terms for further details.
Merchandise Awards: Upon point redemption for a merchandise award, the selected award item(s) will be mailed directly to you, the Plumeria Rewards member. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive award merchandise. Please review terms for further details.
