Terms

Rates based on availability and valid 5/1/12 - 5/31/12 (travel must be completed by 5/31/12) and 9/1/12 - 9/30/12 (travel must be completed by 9/30/12). Minimum 2 night stay required. Maximum number of 5 nights applies to this rate. Maximum of 1 complimentary night offered per property. Rates are per night plus applicable taxes, based on single/double occupancy. State tax of $10 per night is applicable to complimentary room nights. Best available rate offered for any extensions. Travel agents 18 years or older with current IATAN or CLIA card are eligible. Expired cards, or those presented without verification numbers will not be accepted and may result in rate reverting to best available consumer/published rate. One room per travel agent (including couples, friends) qualifies for special rates. One additional room will be allowed at the special agent rate when occupied by dependent children. Complimentary room night does not apply to additional rooms. Standard cancellation, no-show and deposit policies apply. Not valid with any other special rates, promotions, group rates or discounts. Blackout dates including but not limited to Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki-May 25 - 27, 2012, inclusive. Some restrictions may apply.
